E2 Home Solutions was born from a deep-rooted passion for construction and a commitment to helping others. Growing up in a contracting family, founder, Eric Folsom, spent his childhood learning the craft—building, repairing, and improving homes. Over the course of 30+ years in the industry, Eric refined his skills and nurtured his love for transforming homes. At a young age Eric enjoyed learning how to better help his father within his home improvement business. He focused on the skills that he could contribute and eventually became a well rounded contractor. Which led him to the first of our E.T.H.O.S values, “EXPERTISE”.
TENACITY
As the owner of E2 Home Solutions, Eric Folsom has built a reputation on delivering quality craftsmanship under the toughest conditions. From modest renovations to major overhauls, he leads his team with an unshakable belief that any challenge can be overcome through ingenuity and hard work. Eric went above and beyond in supporting the team—covering installations, marketing, and service. He worked shifts for urgent tasks, offered hands-on help, and kept communication open 24/7. His dedication inspired him to define “HUSTLE” as always being there for clients and coworkers, no matter the challenge.
OPTIMISM
Eric approaches every challenge with unwavering optimism. Rather than seeing obstacles as roadblocks, he views them as chances to showcase the team’s expertise and hustle. His belief that every situation can be conquered the right way—no matter how difficult—keeps morale high and fosters a resilient spirit. This positive outlook inspires everyone to rise to the occasion and collaborate. This ultimately led to the fourth pillar in E.T.H.O.S, “OPTIMISM”.
