E2 Home Solutions $100,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. In order to be fully enrolled into the sweepstakes you must have met with a sales rep, purchase is not required.

Sponsor & Prize Details

E2 Home Solutions (“Sponsor”) is offering one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026. 

The Grand Prize consists of up to $100,000 in home improvements, including but not limited to:

  • Windows – Energy-efficient premium vinyl windows (limited to 12 standard double-hung or slider windows with standard options and installation).
  • Siding – Insulated vinyl siding (limited to 2,700 sq. ft., standard colors only, includes installation and one layer of tear-off).
  • Roofing – Asphalt shingles (limited to 2,700 sq. ft., standard colors only, includes installation and one layer of tear-off).
  • Entry Door – One fiberglass entry door, with standard hardware and glass options, installed into an existing rough opening.
  • Gutters – High-performance gutter system.
  • Bathrooms – Limited to one bathroom or the equivalent to the prize total.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents 18 years or older who own a home in Southeastern WI.
  • Limit of one (1) entry per household per prize period.
  • Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

Winner Selection & Notification

  • The Grand Prize drawing will occur on or about March 1, 2026.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Winners will be contacted by phone or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached after three (3) contact attempts, a final notification will be sent by certified mail. Failure to respond within seven (7) days of mailing will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Installation services must be performed by E2 Home Solutions or its designees.
  • The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the prize value, including additional labor, materials, dumpsters, permits, or structural modifications required for installation.
  • Home must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., compliant with local building codes, free of water damage, mold, or structural issues). Any necessary repairs must be completed at the winner’s expense before installation.
  • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow E2 Home Solutions to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any other fees related to the prize.

Dispute Resolution & Liability Release

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and contractors from any liability arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt and use of any prize.

All disputes arising under this Sweepstakes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in the judicial district where the entrant resides. Entrants waive any right to assert claims in a class-action format.

Privacy Notice

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from E2 Home Solutions regarding its products and services. Entry does not require consent to purchase.
